Capital Avenue – Frankfort

Cohlmeyer Construction completed this Spangler Williamson A + E designed historic preservation project. The preservation project utilized the original home floor plan as much as possible while elevating the home to accommodate modern luxuries. The restoration included a major overhaul of almost all of the spaces including updated kitchen and bathrooms, refinished flooring, and new pendants and chandeliers throughout. The design also kept the original swept stair case design, fireplace and mantel.
