Historic Garrard-Crittenden House

The Garrard-Crittenden House is Historic Marker#1976 on the Explore Kentucky History Website. It was originally built around 1800 and is next door to the Liberty House. We updated all of the plumbing, electric, and HVAC. We addressed several structural issues that had developed in the over 200-year-old building. We also, restored as much of the original flooring as possible and savaged some historic poplar to use as new flooring on the 3rd Floor.
